Details

The Ventilate now? app does not transmit any personal data. Only necessary requests are made to a server in Germany to retrieve weather information. Only technically unavoidable data such as the IP address is transmitted and not stored. No information about the considered places is transferred but only a weather information file usable for whole Germany is retrieved.

During transmission, the common TLS encryption is always used to prevent third parties from intercepting the requests.

Requests are only logged for a few days for troubleshooting purposes and do not contain any identifying information here. IP address are not stored here.

All data is processed only in data centers of the company Strato in Germany.

Since no data is collected, it can never be passed on to external providers.
